Tithe of Attrition
Texture: Jclay/kclay DIY with pumice crust
Scent: "The price of pride" (gunpowder & smothering smoke, hot metal & gun oil, wet blood-stained earth)
Add-ins: Hand-painted clay topper, faux grass dirt & rocks, weathered skull charms
‼️ Slight shimmer transfer. Washes off easily with water.
To adhere the faux grass and dirt, I find it easier to lightly wet the parts of the clay topper before pressing it on.
👁 This slime is themed around battles of attrition, and the price that is paid on both sides. Attrition is a military strategy where one side prolongs conflict over time in hopes of grinding down the opposition; depleting their resources and manpower until collapse. These types of battles have historically proven to be some of the most costly in human life.
✋️ On its own the base is silky and stretchy. Once mixed, becomes a very poofy, inflating slay. The pumice crust adds an exfoliating gritty texture.
👃 A somewhat masculine-leaning atmospheric blend. A tinge of leather, oil, and gunpowder is enveloped by a hickory smoke reminiscent of a campfire. An earthy and somewhat sweet undertone balances any acrid notes.
